The Service Management Soapbox

Gee, has it been that long since I last posted on The Service Management Soapbox?

The CMDB Imperative has been selling on the streets for about three weeks and it seems to be selling well! Carlos and I are unable to get any real numbers yet, but we watch our Amazon ranking to get some idea how it’s doing. I’ve seen it as high as #48,000 or so, which is pretty good given the millions of titles they sell! It fluctuates alot, dropping to about 200,000 and then surging again.
